Subtle, no hypocricy and not same for all

The acquisition of wealth and the gratification of his desires, if they are opposed to the sacred law, are to be avoided. Those acts which may cause pain in the future or are offensive to men should not be performed in the guise of the Law. Avoidance of hypocricy in following Dharma is explicitly stated in the scriptures.

In a given situation, the choice of action determines alignment or deviation from the Dharma. Although, detailed guidelines are available, quality of judgement by the person who is acting in those situations finally determines actions and its consequent effects. It is not always easy to find out what is Dharma in a given context. But, ignorance is not an excuse and the actions deviating from the path of Dharma always yield its negative effects. In some situations, detailed analysis by a sensitive mind alone reveals Dharma. Dharma is certainly subtle in nature.

The Dharma, which is so important in achieving Artha, Kama and Moksha is not same for all. But, with appropriate training and guidance, it is possible for every individual in any context to identify what is suitable and to follow the Dharma in a best possible way.
