People with born disability suffer more in comparison with others. Similarly gender differences create situations unique to men / women which could be considered as unfair. Why a blind or a deaf is suffering? How justice is delivered to a person who dies after troubling people?
Many intelligent people around us believe that birth is accidental and there is nothing beyond death. They doubt existence of Justice beyond death. They don’t even make an attempt to answer philosophical questions of birth and death. They doubt the existence of 'rule of law' or existence of a Just world based on equality. This stance create an ackward situation for the man who is trying to create a system to ensure Justice. Because, he has no basis on which he could build (fall back) a fair system.
Observation: Before birth and beyond death is a mystery. Everything that talks about them deserve attention.
